Separate usage, package terms and provider charges before estimating spend.
Confirm your package
Agree the currency, per-minute rate, included services and any fixed fees. Confirm billable-duration and rounding rules with your administrator.
Estimate usage
Multiply expected billable minutes by your agreed rate. Add any separately billed number rental, carrier charges and taxes. Subtract only credits explicitly included in your agreement.
Review the invoice
Compare the monthly invoice with recorded usage and package terms. Manual payments should be recorded against the appropriate invoice so the balance remains current.
Manage your credit limit
Agree a limit appropriate for expected activity and review usage during rollout. A credit limit is not a substitute for monitoring shared provider accounts.
